HOW DO I RETURN THE ITEM(S)?We hope you are satisfied with your purchase but if you've changed your mind, we will happily provide an exchange of refund based on our policy below: We offer an exchange or refund on unworn / unused condition items reutrned within 14 days of received of the purchase. Please post the item(s) back to us with the return form and tick one of the reasons listed on the return form. Return address: Charcoal Fashion La.Ke Trading Co.Ltd Armadillo Stanley Green Business Park Cheadle Hulme United Kingdom SK8 6PT We will only refund return postage costs for an exchange. The item(s) must be returned in it's original packaging, in an unworn condition, we cannot offer an exchange or refend if the hangtags have been removed from the items. We regret that due to the health and hygiene reasons, unless the item is faulty, we cannot offer an exchagne or refund on liquids, pierced jewellery items, underwear or swimwear (if the hygiene label has been removed ).
