We gladly accept returns, exchange and cancellations. If you are unhappy with any of your item(s) you can return them back to us.
You have 30 days from the date you receive your item(s) to return them to us using the returns form enclosed with your order. This applies to both full price and sale items.
If you request a cancellation, you must notify us within 24 hours of purchase.
We will only cover the cost of return postage where an order(s) is returned for an exchange. We do not cover the cost of return postage for orders which are returned for a refund.
To return this item, please ensure that the swing tags aren't removed from the jacket and the jacket is in the same, unworn condition as when received in order for us to issue a refund for the full price of the jacket.
We will only refund a maximum of £3.99 postage costs for orders returned for a refund when they were originally purchased on an "Express" or "1 Day" delivery service.
For returns where the reason is a faulty garment or any damage caused by delivery, please email us with a description of and images showing the fault within 5 days after received your order. We will review the fault and advise before issuing a pre-paid returns label. Due to the high volume of customer emails, it can take our Customer Service Team up to 48 hours to reply. We will not be able to cover your postage cost if you choose to use your own courier or Post Office to return a faulty garment back to us.
